Safe Banking Systems is a privately owned company established in 1999 and headquartered in Mineola, New York. We are currently seeking a Client Service Executive to work in our Mineola, NY or New York City Office.

As a Client Service Executive, you will serve as the primary point of contact for Service Delivery with our clients, manage implementations and professional service initiatives, and work to provide solutions to their queries.

You will be working for an industry expert with 20 years of experience in Client Servicing. He is committed to your personal and professional development with unlimited coaching and training to ensure your success.

In this position you will:

  • Manage projects, in accordance with our standard approach, such as the onboarding of new clients.
  • Manage the Service Delivery to our clients with a focus on keeping client retention above 95%.
  • Document requirements and other business information from customers in support of pre-sales and solution development.
  • Assist with and provide live and web-based demonstrations to prospective and existing clients in support of the sales process as needed.
  • Occasionally travel to facilitate both the project process and ongoing account support.
  • Provide education, guidance and solutions to our clients that advance our service offerings.
  • Attend and lead internal and client meetings related to the projects.
  • Provide existing clients with information about new products or initiatives at SBS.
  • Work to solve, and be accountable for, our client’s issues within the service level agreements.
  • Focus on initiatives to enhance the onboarding process and improve its efficiency by at least 10%.

  • Your strong communication skills and ability to work individually and within a team.
  • Your knowledge of project life cycle and core project management principles.
  • Your experience in presentation skills; i.e. presenting complex technical solutions or services in a pre-sales environment.
  • Your knowledge of AML regulations, including Bank Secrecy Act, US Patriot Act and other regulatory requirements as well as an understanding of KYC, EDD and PEPs.

  • BA degree and/or industry certifications (PMP, CAMS) preferred.
  • Minimum of 7 years' experience, preferably in the financial services industry or for a technology vendor.

Working Conditions:

  • Ability to travel as needed. (SBS locations in Canton, GA, Mineola, NY and the Empire State Building, NYC as well as to SBS clients in the U.S. and Internationally as needed).
  • Work is in an office environment, sustained posture in a seated positon for prolonged periods of time; works with computer equipment for prolonged periods of time.
